Mariana Dumenko is a specialist with many years of experience in community development and fundraising. Her professional journey began at the Kalush City Council, where she worked as the Chief Specialist of the General Department of the Executive Committee since 2008.
Her responsibilities included establishing partnerships for participation in international competitions and raising funds from international foundations and donors. This experience became a solid foundation for her subsequent activities, teaching her to interact effectively with various organizations and find resources for the implementation of important initiatives.
Mariana Dumenko has a solid education, which is the key to her professionalism. She obtained a Master’s degree in Public Administration and also holds a specialist degree in “Documentation and Information Activities.”
Today, Mariana uses her knowledge and skills while working as an Executive Assistant and Communications Manager at the Charitable Organization “Charitable Foundation ‘MoveUkraine.'” Her strong communication, organizational, and managerial skills make her a valuable member of the team.
An important part of Mariana’s life is her public activity. She is a volunteer at the NGO “Pure Hearts of Kalush,” which provides humanitarian aid to those in need, and is also a co-founder of the NGO “Kalush Military,” which supports Ukrainian military personnel. Her experience in international grant fundraising and establishing relationships with benefactors is extremely valuable for the development of non-profit initiatives.
